Sowing: from February to April. Thin out after about 1 month, leaving one plant every 10 cm. The following spring, you will obtain the "crowns".
Spacing: transplant the crowns from November to March, at a distance of about 30 cm apart, in trenches spaced 130-150 cm apart and 20-50 cm deep.
Harvest: occurs the year after transplanting the "crowns" from April to May.
