Refund Policy

Our return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 working days to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, it must not have been worn or used, it must have all tags attached, and it must be in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damages, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and ensure it is resolved. You have 14 working days to report this to us.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, it must not have been worn or used, it must have all tags attached, and it must be in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method within 10 working days. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
