Legal Notice

All purchased products are covered by the legal warranty provided for by art. 1519 quater c.c., for a maximum period of two years from the delivery of the goods (Alternatively, if purchased by a business, the warranty is for 1 year), applicable in the case of a conformity defect. A conformity defect does not refer to the failure to meet customer expectations, but rather to the existence of a pre-existing flaw that alters the nature and integrity of the product itself. To benefit from the warranty, the customer must send us a request via email to the address: info@millstore.it indicating the defect found; we will be sure to respond and provide you with instructions for replacement or repair under warranty.
