Amoresco is the first orange Romanesco cauliflower. Its beautiful color remains unchanged after cooking and is linked to the high concentration of beta-carotene, found in the highest amounts among cauliflowers. The sweet flavor and crunchy texture make it one of the tastiest cauliflowers overall. The plant is vigorous, slightly shorter than other Romanesco varieties. It is ready for harvest after about 120 days from transplanting.
