Ancient variety of cauliflower with excellent organoleptic qualities. The head is an elegant ivory white color, with characteristic small curds.
Medium-sized, it is well wrapped in leaves and can exceed 1 Kg in weight.
It is very tasty and digestible, suitable for many recipes both cooked and raw. Even the tender leaves that wrap it are good (both cooked and raw). During cooking, it produces little odor and maintains a very pleasant firm texture. It is harvested 110-130 days after transplanting.
The progress of maturation can be monitored after 90-100 days from planting.
