Grumolo Bionda chicory, a variety with round light green leaves with a continuous margin arranged in a rosette. Thick but very tender root. Regrows quickly after cutting. Very cold-resistant. Can be grown for "cutting" in spring and for "grumolo" in autumn-winter.
