Fico Fiorone Gialloro. Pot diameter 20 cm. Vigorous and upright tree, medium-small leaves 50% trilobate, 50% pentalobate. Produces only late figs from 15/07 to 30/07 with an average weight of 100 g. Thick yellow skin tending to golden at full ripeness, spiral-shaped receptacle, thick, consistent pulp, honey-yellow and very sweet.
A very interesting variety for the ripening period of the figs, excellent resistance to handling, medium productivity.

The cultivation of FIG is extremely interesting and relevant. The fruit, highly sought after in the market, commands high prices. The plant, typically Mediterranean, adapts to dry climates and hilly soils, even poor and non-irrigated. No pest control treatments are necessary, making the fruit 'organic'; pruning is simple, and thinning of the fruits is not performed. Planting density from 4x4 to 5x5. In most cases, there are two harvests: the first fruits called FIORONI and the second known as FORNITI or TRUE FIGS.
