Description

Carolina Reaper extreme hot chili pepper, its name is inspired by a famous American horror series: “CAROLINA REAPER”, the reaper of Carolina. Since November 2013, it has been the hottest chili in the world. A cross between a Naga and a red Habanero. The fruits, under optimal climatic conditions, have the typical scorpion tail waiting to strike its prey.

Usage:

extremely spicy, it offers very fruity aromas and flavors. It evokes cinnamon, chocolate, and cherry. Excellent for producing extremely hot powders and oils, also suitable for jams and preserves. Use in moderate amounts.
