A moderately vigorous tree with a medium growth habit. The leaves are elliptical and dark green in color. The fruit is spherical and large (approx. 9.5 g), wine-red with tender flesh, excellent for brining and stuffed olives. The pit is medium-sized. Average productivity. A table variety, distinctive, with good cold resistance.

The main described varieties, obtained through grafting or self-rooted cuttings, are cultivated in pots above ground and prepared for training in a single cone at 6x3 or in a pot at 6x6.
