Ascolana Tenera olive. A moderately vigorous tree with a medium growth habit. The leaves are elliptical and dark green in color. The fruit is spherical and large (average weight 9.5 g), wine-red with tender flesh of excellent flavor, suitable for brining and stuffed olives. The pit is medium-sized. Average productivity. A table variety, characteristic, with good cold resistance.

OLIVE (Olea europaea L.)

Evergreen foliage, narrow, gray-green on top and silvery underneath. It withstands drought and strong winds well but is sensitive to humidity. Height: from 2 to 8 m. Rounded shape. Slow growth. Tolerates -6°/-8°C.
