Monte Celery - 1 plant v.14 cm - Orto Mio

The Monte Celery leaves are harvested to be consumed fresh in risottos, meats, stews, chicken, and cod. Its aroma and plant are very reminiscent of classic Celery, from which it differs by having a more pleasant flavor. Due to its more intense fragrance, it is also called “Love Parsley.” Its dried seed can be a substitute for pepper.
