Chervil in the Kitchen - The Gardener

Sowing: MARCH - SEPTEMBER

Before sowing, carefully prepare the soil by breaking it up and leveling it.
Remove any weeds.
Sow by broadcasting in open fields.

After sowing, gently roll the soil and keep the surface layer moist.
It prefers a temperate climate, but the optimal growth temperature is around 15 – 20° C.
It does not require excessive watering.

Harvest: 60 DAYS AFTER SOWING
Harvesting is done after about 60 days by cutting the leaves when they reach a height of 10-15 cm.
For late sowings (September), harvesting takes place the following spring.
Since the plant regrows quickly after cutting, 2-3 harvests can be made.
