It has a robust and adaptable plant, easy to cultivate, with an extraordinary tolerance to early frosts for an autumn romanesco. It is harvested 115-120 days after transplanting. The open foliage makes it easy to determine the ideal time for harvesting. It has excellent flavor and produces little odor when cooked. It requires more space compared to traditional cauliflowers.
