Forest Strawberry Queen of the Valleys, a remontant variety with an unbeatable aroma. Well-visible fruits that make harvesting easy. Early-bearing, it can be harvested until late autumn. Ideal for desserts and gourmet jams. A variety that produces large fruits, which should be renewed every 2 years.
Growing Instructions:
Forest strawberries can be transplanted from January to May and from August to September. The plants should be spaced 20 cm apart in the row and 30 cm between rows, without burying the crown of the plant. For the first month, it is advisable not to fertilize and it is important to cut the first flowers to strengthen the plant. They can also be planted in hanging pots. This will create a beautiful visual effect, as the plant will cascade over the edge of the pot. When planted near Borage, the latter will attract bees that will pollinate the strawberries.
