It has enormous dimensions, potentially reaching 800 grams in weight.
Remove the flower stalk upon appearance (usually in May). Harvest occurs between June and July, when the foliage turns yellow.
Under stress conditions, it can form a single bulb like onions, which does not compromise its quality.
