The Patisson Zucchini is an ancient variety with very light, disc-shaped fruits, featuring sweet flesh suitable for many culinary uses: stewed, baked, stuffed, grilled, and even for oil or vinegar preserves (harvesting very small fruits).
The plant is compact and bushy, also suitable for pot cultivation. Harvest young fruits frequently to achieve the best organoleptic quality.
To prevent powdery mildew, treat with sulfur (organic) from the start of production, 40 days after transplanting, intervening every 10 days.
