The leaves are green, occasionally variegated with purple. It has a pink-orange skin and orange flesh.
Its sweet flavor is ideal for mashed potatoes, roasting, gnocchi, soups, and even desserts.
The plant is very hardy, adaptable to various environmental conditions, and easy to cultivate.
The leaves are also edible and can be used in salads.
Harvesting takes place between September and November, before the frost.
