Asia Mix of Oriental Brassicas
Orto Mio — Millstore package containing 12 plants. Asia Mix is a blend of cut oriental brassicas, featuring Green Mizuna, Red Mizuna, and Red Mustard. The leaves, with a strong flavor, are suitable for raw consumption, even mixed with lettuces, and for preparing soups. The seedlings allow for multiple successive cuts.

Growing Tips
Orto Mio guidelines for the species, to be adapted to the variety, local climate, and cultivation in soil or pots.
Exposure and Temperature
Full sun or partial shade during hot hours. Prefers spring and autumn, with temperatures of 8–18 °C; heat accelerates flowering.
Soil and Transplanting
Fertile, cool, and well-draining soil, pH 6–7.5. Spacing 5–10 cm in the row and 20–30 cm between rows, closer for young leaves. Preferred periods: mid-February to May and August to October. Can also be grown in pots.
Watering
Regular watering, without waterlogging; avoid shortages that promote premature flowering.
Fertilization
Enrich with organic matter two weeks before transplanting; support regrowth after each cut.
Care and Harvesting
Weed and protect with non-woven fabric during cool periods. For cut consumption, harvest leaves at 5–10 cm, leaving 2–3 cm of stem: first cut generally after 7–20 days, with subsequent cuts. For mature leaves, wait for 15–20 cm.
