Certified French origin Jermor variety shallots in bulbs. Medium-late elongated cycle. A variety with excellent flavor, very productive, and of good size, with great resistance to premature flowering.
Certified French Jermor long shallots size 15/40
Sowing: from October to March.
Harvest: from mid-June to July
Planting density: 25 cm in the row, 40 cm between rows (about 100,000 plants/ha). Yield per bulb approximately 6/10 new bulbs.
Harvest shallots when the foliage has yellowed by about 2/3. Leave the bulbs to dry in the sun for 2 or 3 days and store them in a dry place, stacking them.
