Full sun. Favorable growth at 24–30 °C during the day and 15–20 °C at night; protect transplants from the cold.
Soil and Transplanting
Very fertile and well-draining soil. Transplanting from late March, protected, to June depending on the climate. For larger varieties: generally 80–100 cm in-row and 150–200 cm between rows; mini and grafted varieties require specific spacings.
Watering
Regular, without waterlogging, allowing the surface to dry. Increase watering from flowering to fruit growth; adjust according to soil and temperature.
Fertilization
Rich initial organic fertilization; balanced nutrition, paying attention to potassium during production.
