The Evolvulus, also known as trailing bindweed, is a perennial herbaceous plant characterized by intense blue or white flowers. Evolvulus glomeratus, with its lavender-blue flowers featuring a white center, is particularly suitable for creating ground covers, cascading from walls or slopes, and enhancing borders and rock gardens. Its blooming is continuous, with flowers opening in the morning and closing at sunset or on cloudy days. This semi-shrubby prostrate species is drought-resistant and prefers sunny or partially shaded exposures, with well-drained soil and regular watering in summer. In harsh climates, it is advisable to protect it during winter.
