The Snowball or Christmas Cauliflower Jerico F1 is a variety that is harvested 105 days after transplanting. A plant of excellent vigor, for winter harvest, with a medium-late maturation cycle. Exceptional quality of the flower, compact with a beautiful white color well protected by the foliage. It can exceed a weight of 1.5 kg.

Growing Tips

Exposure and Temperature
Full sun. Favorable growth at 18–25 °C; heat and temperature trends influence flower formation. Protect early transplants from the cold.
Soil and Transplanting
Fertile, cool, and draining soil, preferably pH 6.5–7. Generally 40–50 cm in-row and 50–70 cm between rows, widening for vigorous varieties. Respect the variety's timing; different cycles allow for staggered autumn and winter harvests.
Irrigation
Maintain regular moisture without waterlogging. After transplanting, use moderate and frequent watering; increase water availability during flower swelling.
Fertilization
Rich initial fertilization and balanced nutrition; avoid excess nitrogen that delays maturation.
