How to prepare for the transplant:

• SOIL AND EXPOSURE : it adapts to any type of soil, preferring medium-textured, fresh, fertile and well-drained soil. In a sunny position, sheltered from the wind.

• CLIMATE : ideal growth temperature of 20-24°, between 0 and -2° the plant risks death. For fruit setting the optimal minimum temperature is 9-13°, maximum 22-24°; above 32° the pollen loses vitality.

• TRANSPLANTING TIME AND METHOD : in a greenhouse from February, from the end of March to April 15th in the open field with protection. Then without protection.
