Carolina Reaper extreme hot chili pepper, its name is inspired by a famous American horror series: “CAROLINA REAPER”, the Carolina reaper. Since November 2013, it is the hottest chili pepper in the world. Cross between a Naga and a red Habanero. The fruits in optimal climatic conditions have the typical curved tail of the scorpion waiting to mow down its prey.
Use:
extremely spicy, it gives off very fruity aromas and flavors. It reminds of cinnamon, chocolate and cherry. Excellent for the production of very spicy powders and oils, also suitable for jams and preserves. Use in moderate quantities.
