Description

The Gummosis emergency kit is a combination of organic products selected to quickly act against gummosis on vegetable gardens, orchards, gardens, and potted plants.

It affects branches, leaves, and fruits of apricot, cherry, almond, peach, and plum trees: symptoms include the presence of reddish-purple spots which, on the branches, are covered by the characteristic gum.

Kit composition and dosage

Product Dose per liter of water
Copper 50% Organic fertilizer for foliar applications - Il mio Orto Bio (instead of Cuproleaf) 3 g
Potassium Bicarbonate - Il mio orto Bio 5 g

How to use

  1. Prepare the mixture in water, according to the indicated doses.
  2. Perform the first treatment as soon as symptoms are noticed.
  3. Repeat every 5–7 days until the infestation subsides.
  4. Also wet the underside of the leaves.

When to intervene

Intervene at the first signs of gummosis: spots, deformities, yellowing, or the presence of pests. Timeliness is essential to limit spread.

Agronomic advice

Limit nitrogen fertilization and, in autumn, rigorously remove infected branches, then treat with Propolis.

Why buy it as a kit

  • You save compared to buying the 2 products individually.
  • You receive everything you need in a single shipment, already combined by our agronomists.
  • Ready-to-use dosages and protocol, minimizing waste.

Is it dangerous for bees and pollinators?

The products are formulated for organic defense. For maximum safety, intervene early in the morning or in the evening, when pollinator activity is reduced.
