Due to the physical and chemical characteristics of the raw materials used, their different dosages, and the perfect and balanced mixing, this potting soil has a very fine structure, specifically designed for sowing, taking cuttings, and layering all horticultural, ornamental, fruit, and forest species. The presence of sand makes the substrate particularly suitable for sowing in cell trays, preventing possible damage caused by frequent but necessary watering: algae, mosses, and sciarids (fungus gnats). The presence of natural humified organic matter from the prized peats and the specific mix of both readily available and slow-release nutrients ensure vigorous root development and robust growth of seedlings.
