Evolvulus, also known as dwarf morning glory, is a perennial herbaceous plant characterized by deep blue or white flowers. Evolvulus glomeratus, with its lavender-blue flowers and white centers, is particularly suitable for creating ground cover, trailing over walls or slopes, and enhancing borders and rock gardens. It blooms continuously, with flowers opening in the morning and closing at sunset or on cloudy days. This prostrate semi-shrubby species is drought-resistant and prefers sunny or partially shaded exposures, with well-drained soil and regular watering in summer. In cold climates, it is advisable to protect it during winter.
