Brogiotto fig, not very vigorous tree, spreading habit, trilobate and pentalobate whole leaves rather small. Produces only supplied from 25/09 until the first cold, ampullary shape with flat apex and wide ostiole, short well-defined neck. Deep red pulp of medium aromatic consistency and not very juicy, purplish black skin, good resistance to handling. Average weight 55 gr.

The cultivation of FIG is extremely interesting and current. The fruit, much requested by the market, has high prices. The plant, typically Mediterranean, adapts to dry climates and hilly terrains, even poor and non-irrigated. No pesticide treatments are necessary, the fruit is therefore 'organic'.

PRUNING: It's simple, no thinning of the fruit is done.
