Fico Dottato, variety with the 65 gr fiorone, has a pear-shaped or ovoid shape, yellowish green skin, open ostiole, pink pulp tinged with purple, firm and aromatic. The production of fioroni from 28/06 to 15/07 is scarce and present above all in years with mild winters.

The supplied ones ripen from 15/08 to 25/09, average weight 60 gr with a spinning top or ovoid shape, semi-open ostiole with open bracts, greenish yellow skin, light amber or pink pulp, juicy with a soft aromatic consistency, sweet honeyed flavour much appreciated by consumers. Variety suitable for drying.
