Persistent, narrow foliage, grey-green above and silvery below. Resists drought and strong winds well but fears humidity. Height: from 2 to 8 m. Rounded shape. Slow growth. Resists -6°/-8°C. The main varieties described, obtained by grafting or self-rooted cutting, are grown in pots above ground and prepared for growing in a single cone with a 6x3 spacing or in a 6x6 to 5x5 pot.
