Sorbus domestica - fruit plant ancient variety in 20 cm pot. When it develops it can reach up to 15 m and more, very long-lived.
The fruit is a subglobose or pear-shaped apple, 2 to 4 cm long, yellow-reddish in color and dotted, brown when ripe; the pulp is greenish and sweet, with brown angular seeds. The fruits ripen in autumn. Acidulous in flavor, rich in malic acid and vitamin C, if halved they become sweet, with soft floury pulp.
