The grapes keep well on the plant and resist transport well. Ripening: III° decade of August - I° decade of September

Bunch: Alphonse Lavallee has a large bunch, conical cylinder, winged, loose or semi-tight. The berry is large, spherical, the skin medium, resistant, black in color. The pulp is fleshy with a neutral flavor. Alphonse Lavallee usually has 2 - 3 pips per berry.
