It produces tubers weighing over 300 g, with fairly uniform sizing (2-4 kg of tubers per plant).
The leaves are green, occasionally variegated with purple. It has pink-orange skin and orange flesh.
Its sweet flavor is ideal for purees, roasting, gnocchi, creamy soups, and even desserts.
The plant is very hardy, adaptable to different environmental conditions, and easy to grow.
The leaves are also edible and can be used in salads.
It is harvested between September and November, before the first frosts.
It is recommended to store the tubers for at least 2-3 weeks in a ventilated and dark place before using them to enjoy their best quality.
