Sakura has purple skin and purple flesh streaked with white, which gives dishes an attractive and decorative color.
The leaves are dark purple, very aesthetically pleasing.
It produces 2-4 kg of tubers per plant.
Harvest between September and November, before the first frost.
It is recommended to store the tubers for at least 2-3 weeks in an airy, dark place before use to enjoy their best quality.
