The Roman artichoke Artemisa F1 is an excellent variety typical of the Lazio tradition, with large, rounded, globular heads, green in color, without thorns. They are very tender, with a surprisingly sweet and unmistakable flavor. Fairly good resistance to low temperatures. Advice: transplant in holes at a distance of one meter from each other. Avoid water stagnation and protect from frost.
