Variety of ancient cauliflower with excellent organoleptic qualities. The head is an elegant ivory white color, with characteristic small spires.
Medium-sized, it is well wrapped in leaves and can exceed 1 kg in weight.
It is very tasty and digestible, suitable for many recipes both cooked and raw. Even the tender leaves that surround it are good (both cooked and raw). When cooked it has little odor and maintains a very pleasant compact consistency. It is harvested 110-130 days after transplanting.
The progress of maturation can be checked 90-100 days after planting.
