Renowned typical product of Vicenza also called “Broccolo Fiolaro di Creazzo”. The plant from the stem emits shoots, called “fioi”. The harvest lasts from November to February but the tastiest are those of the first frosts. They are consumed sautéed in a pan or transformed into a cream to season extraordinary risottos. A true delicacy in the kitchen.
It is transplanted from May to October
