Sweet-tasting winter chicory. Selection characterized by broad, rounded leaves of light blond color that form a compact white cap. Very resistant to cold. Harvested 110-130 days after transplanting. Appreciated for its delicate flavor and the softness of its leaves. Can also be used cut (harvested in 20 days).
It is transplanted from July to October
