The Pomodoro nano Siccagno var. Patatarello F1 is an ancient variety of cherry tomato for siccagno (i.e. for cultivation without irrigation), with berries of 50-60 gr.
It has a vigorous, semi-determinate plant that does not require support or thinning; if desired, it can also be grown vertically like pole tomatoes.
Suitable for open fields, it is early and easy to grow due to its adaptability to stress and tolerance to heat and blossom end rot.
It offers the best quality results with reduced water intake, especially in the days preceding harvest.
The lack of water enhances the organoleptic qualities of this cherry tomato, which can be eaten raw, or in purees and sauces.
