Red celery has ancient origins and has been cultivated for over 300 years in the Piedmontese countryside. It differs from classic varieties due to its violet color at the base of the stalks, a flavor with a characteristic delicate almond aroma, and an intense fragrance. It is transplanted from April to June for harvesting from July to October. Like all celery, it benefits from a very generous and repeated organic fertilization during its growth period.
