Description
The Patisson courgette is an ancient variety with very light-coloured disc-shaped fruits, sweet pulp and suitable for many uses in the kitchen: stewed, baked, stuffed, grilled and even for preserving in oil or vinegar (pickling very small fruits).
The plant is compact and bushy, also adaptable to pot cultivation. Harvest the fruits young and frequently to obtain the best organoleptic quality.
To prevent powdery mildew, treat with sulphur (organic) from the beginning of production, 40 days after transplanting, intervening every 10 days.
