Shallot variety Jermor in Bulbs certified of French origin. Medium-late elongated cycle. Variety of excellent flavor, very productive and of good size, with excellent resistance to pre-flowering.
Long French certified Jermor caliber 15/40
Sowing: from October to March.
Harvest: from mid-June to July
Planting distance: 25 cm. on the row 40 cm. between the rows (about 100,000 plants/ha). Yield per bulb about 6/10 new bulbs.
Harvest shallots when the foliage is about 2/3 yellow. Leave the bulbs to dry in the sun for 2 or 3 days and store them in a dry place by piling them up.
