Mixture of oriental brassicas with a very pleasant flavor that bring great benefits to the body. They can be used both in salads (picking the younger leaves) or in soups (using more mature leaves).
Sowing in open ground: From February to July Before sowing, work the soil thoroughly by breaking it up and levelling it. Remove any weeds. Sow by broadcast in the open field, burying lightly.

The young leaves can be cut and used like those of cutting salads; if left to ripen, they are used for minestrone and soups.
