Blonde Grumolo chicory, a variety with round, light green leaves with a continuous margin, arranged in a rosette. Thick but very tender root. Rapid regrowth after cutting. Very cold resistant. Can be cultivated for "cutting" in spring and for "Grumolo" (head formation) in autumn-winter.

Spacing: broadcast sowing using approximately 1 g of seeds/sqm
Harvest: from June to December
