High quality hybrid variety, with large bulbs, widely used for haute cuisine sauces and ragù, but also with celery and carrots in sautés and for sauces in refined recipes. Tips: it does not like humidity and requires very little irrigation. When the leaves turn yellow, the plants are uprooted and dried in the sun for 10/15 days. It can be stored for many months.
