1 Bulb of Aglione Val di Chiana Elephant Garlic

1 bulb of Aglione della Val di Chiana Elephant Garlic variety, a variety of garlic with a sweeter flavour and much less invasive than that of garlic (it does not contain allicin) and for this reason it is called 'kissing garlic'.

It is much more digestible, rich in phenols and other precious nutritional substances that make it an excellent ally of our health.

Its bulbs are larger than those of classic garlic and their weight can exceed 500 grams. Each bulb is made up of a number of cloves that varies between 2 and 6, joined together in a compact manner and with a characteristic curvature of the external part. They are amber in color, much larger than those of common garlic and can weigh up to 70/80 grams each.

It is sown from September to October .

The harvest takes place from May to June .
