Before sowing, work the soil thoroughly by breaking it up and levelling it.
Remove any weeds.
Broadcast sowing in open fields.
After sowing, roll the soil gently and keep the surface layer moist.
It prefers a temperate climate, but the optimal growth temperature is around 15 – 20° C.
It does not require excessive watering.
Harvest: 60 DAYS AFTER SOWING
The harvest is carried out after about 60 days by cutting the leaves when they have reached a height of 10-15 cm.
For late sowing (September) the harvest takes place the following spring.
Since the plant regrows quickly after cutting, 2-3 harvests can be done.
