Fruit: weighing 1/1.5 kg with a typical round drop shape, with a very thin red/orange skin, good flavour and long shelf life.
It is best to consume it at least one month after harvesting so that the flavour of the pulp, which is reminiscent of chestnuts, is enhanced.
The consistency of the pulp is firm and crunchy.
Plant: vigorous, adaptable to all types of soils and climates, therefore it has no particular needs. A planting distance of 1.5 x 2 m is recommended.
Sow in open ground in April-May and in greenhouse in February-March.
Harvest times vary according to the sowing period and seasonal trends and are around 90 days.
Destination: fresh market.
