The 105 micron embossed vacuum rolls allow you to size the quantity of product to be used based on your needs. They can be welded according to your needs.

In fact, Royal Pack vacuum rolls embossed 105 micron are made with films that act as a barrier to gases and aromas. All this allows our products to obtain the best results in terms of food preservation.

In particular, this is possible because the bags are embossed on one side and smooth on the other. The thickness of 105 microns on the embossed side (+/- 10% technical tolerance) guarantees excellent performance in suction and sealing.

Technical features

The rolls are made up of multiple layers of polyethylene and polyamide obtained by choosing the best polymers available .

In fact, the starting film is obtained through flat head co-extrusion of the various polymers. This type of processing, which requires a highly complex industrial process, guarantees homogeneous thicknesses and high quality of the finished product.

Furthermore, the rolls are embossed on one of the internal sides. Embossing is a particular heat process on one of the polyethylene layers. It allows to obtain a diamond pattern on one side of the bag without altering the properties of the initial material.
