Molino Mariani Wholemeal Flour Ground excellent for a good wholemeal bread. Flour obtained from the milling of Marche grains.

The flours ground with NATURAL STONE obtained with 100% grains from the Marche region maintain all of their components unchanged, the wheat germ which has great nutritional value with antioxidant properties and the fibres which make the finished product more digestible.

This process and the selected raw materials transmit aroma, flavour and fragrance to all baked products.
